1- Écoles et centres de formation spécialisés

Des établissements comme Simplon, 42 Dakar, l’École 241 (Gabon, mais avec une influence régionale), ou encore l’École Supérieure Multinationale des Télécommunications (ESMT) au Sénégal forment chaque année des centaines de jeunes aux métiers du numérique. Ces structures misent souvent sur des pédagogies innovantes, centrées sur la pratique, l’apprentissage par projet et l’inclusion sociale.

3- Partenariats public-privé et soutien international
